Our students LOVE making this beautiful panel project by Stacy Hsu. This project includes a doll, skirt, quilt, pillow, skirt, mermaid fins skirt and a seahorse pal. A signed waiver is required for all students. 5 day cancellation policy from first day of class. We do not have the space to accommodate a missed class, therefore we cannot offer make-ups.
